This site is the result of a number of exchanges I have had, over the years, with friends and colleagues and which I have tried to organize here into a more or less coherent whole. I hope that the material it contains may prove useful and interesting to others. This is an on-going work and I plan to expand it regularly in the future. Comments and suggestions are naturally welcome.
